Dopo 3 ore di fila, l'impiegata mi ha accolto mangiando un panino e lamentandosi che alle 17:30 ci fossero ancora clienti (io ho pagato, non ho chiesto nulla gratis), ha trattato la mia pratica con molta superficialità e in maniera scortese risposto alle mie domande! In sostanza dei veri incapaci! Premetto che sono aperti un solo pomeriggio alla settimana (il mercoledì) e in quel giorno la mattina ricevono solo tesserati, pero se al pomeriggio arrivano anche 10 tesserati saltano la fila!!! Pazzesco che con una gestione così "alla carlona" poi si lamentino pure che alle 17:30 ci sia ancora gente in fila!!! CONSIGLIO A TUTTI DI STARE ALLA LARGA, PERDERETE UNA BARCA DI TEMPO E VI TRATTERANNO IN MANIERA PESSIMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worse than that it is impossible even to imagine it !!! After 3 hours in a row, the employee welcomed me by eating a sandwich and complaining that at 17:30 there were still customers (I paid, I didn't ask for anything for free), she treated my file very superficially and in a rude way answered my questions! Basically the real incapable! La persona che mi ha risposto ha detto di prendere appuntamento con una tale persona che lavora in questo posto. Ho chiamato mattino e pomeriggio da lunedì al venerdì e non sono mai riuscita a prendere un appuntamento perché "tutti gli operatori sono momentaneamente occupati". È vergognoso come i sindacati non abbiano voglia di lavorare!! I was in that place and they gave me a number to call. The person who answered told me to make an appointment with such a person who works in this place. I called morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday and I never managed to make an appointment because "all the operators are temporarily occupied". It's shameful how the unions don't want to work !!

Purtroppo c'è sempre tanta gente e l'attesa può essere lunga ma almeno si trovano soluzioni. Grazie Giorgio e a chi permette che possa restare al suo posto per aiutarci.
