I called, I think at least a dozen times the technical assistance ... I was never answered on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato 3 telecomandi CAME TOP 432-EV, esteticamente belli (di colore nero) ma tutti e tre presentano la cover rovinata (strisciata) sotto i tasti dovuto all'imballaggio originale all'interno del quale hanno modo di muoversi liberamente e quindi di rovinarsi....dubito pertanto che siano assemblati in Italia...sinceramente mi aspettavo un prodotto migliore.

I purchased 3 CAME TOP 432-EV remote controls, aesthetically beautiful (black) but all three have the ruined cover (swiped) under the keys due to the original packaging inside which they have the ability to move freely and therefore to be damaged .... I therefore doubt that they are assembled in Italy ... I honestly expected a better product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato a regola d'arte un portone sezionale Came ma, da subito, ha dato continui problemi di apertura, ho cambiato una quantità di schede elettroniche senza riuscire ad ottenere dall'azienda un contributo tecnico per la soluzione del problema. Il mio consiglio è evitare i prodotti di questa marca.
I installed a Came sectional door in a workmanlike manner but immediately gave continuous opening problems, I changed a number of electronic boards without being able to obtain a technical contribution from the company for the solution of the problem. My advice is to avoid the products of this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata nel punto vendita della Came per acquistare un telecomando aggiuntivo per il cancello del condominio dove abito, sono stati molto gentili e professionali. Ci tengo a precisare che il motore della Came installato sul mio cancello ha più di 10 anni e non ha mai dato nessun problema.
I went to the Came store to buy an additional remote control for the gate of the apartment building where I live, they were very kind and professional. I want to clarify that the Came engine installed on my gate is more than 10 years old and has never given any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto automazione CAME dal 2009 al 2015... Ho dovuto sostituire o revisionare 10/11 motori... Cancello bloccato ogni 5/6 mesi ... Lo sblocco era quasi impossibile ... Serviva l'intervento dell'installatore x uscire di casa... chi faceva gli interventi a un certo punto provò a chiambiare la scheda elettronica convinto d'aver risolto il problema...ma invece di durare 6 mesi il motore si è guastato dopo 11 mesi... ho chiesto uno sconto x cambiare completamente tutto ma non mi è stato concesso... Ho fatto 3 preventivi con altre aziende in concorrenza ed ho speso quasi la metà... INCREDIBILE... non mettete mai aumatismi CAME. Barabotti Fabio
I had automation from CAME from 2009 to 2015 ... I had to replace or revise 10/11 engines ... Gate blocked every 5/6 months ... Unblocking was almost impossible ... I needed the intervention of the installer to exit at home ... those who did the interventions at one point tried to call the electronic card convinced that they had solved the problem ... but instead of lasting 6 months the engine failed after 11 months ... I asked for a discount x completely change everything but I was not allowed ... I made 3 quotes with other companies in competition and I spent almost half ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo solo in base alla mia esperienza. Avevamo installato un automatismo interrato al cancello, è costato una fortuna ed è durato soltanto 6 mesi!! Lo abbiamo fatto riparare un sacco di volte, ma dopo 2 o massimo 6 mesi eravamo sempre alle solite! In pratica, non ha mai funzionato!! Alla fine abbiamo deciso di toglierlo e sostituirlo con uno di un'altra ditta. Mi dispiace ma dopo questa brutta esperienza non comprerò mai più niente della came.
I only speak based on my experience. We had installed an underground automatic gate, it cost a fortune and lasted only 6 months !! We had it repaired a lot of times, but after 2 or maximum 6 months we were always in the usual way! In practice, it never worked !! In the end we decided to remove it and replace it with one from another company. I'm sorry but after this bad experience I will never buy anything from the came again.
