Ascoltano i bisogni del cliente e cercano di trovare la soluzione più adatta. Utilizzano strumenti digitali, la moodboard e la realtà virtuale per agevolare le scelte del cliente. Consigliatissimo.

Per il bagno hanno tanti prodotti per realizzare bagni bellissimi. Tutto in base ai gusti dei clienti e anche al portafoglio (;) ) sapendo consigliare soprattutto sul rapporto qualità-prezzo. Poi non è un comune negozio perché il loro modo di vedere (consigliare) è diverso. Ti fanno vedere ambientazioni sul monitor, utilizzano la moodboard, il 3D e poi ti fanno vedere anche la realtà virtuale
