★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati indirizzati qui dall'impresario che ha ristrutturato la nostra casa, perché il capitolato l'aveva scelto in questo negozio. Subito c'è sembrato che il personale fosse cortese e preparato. Poi il patatrac... Ci sono stati dei problemi con le cose che abbiamo scelto, quindi son partite una serie di telefonate infinite per sistemare la questione. Poi quando ha cominciato ad arrivare la roba a casa altri problemi, un pezzo della doccia era rotto e ci abbiamo messo un mese abbondante e parecchie mail e telefonate per far sì che venissero a finire di montarla. diciamo che siamo stati obbligati a "restare" con loro, ma per come siamo stati trattati avremmo dovuto cambiare fornitore. Non siamo stati seguiti dal personale, anche se all'inizio è sembrato cortese, poi faticava a rispondere, forse perché non sapevano gestire i problemi creati da loro o dai loro montatori.
Brutta esperienza
We were directed here by the contractor who renovated our house, because the specifications had chosen it in this shop. It immediately seemed that the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Then the patatrac ... There were some problems with the things we chose, so a series of endless phone calls started to settle the matter. Then when the stuff started coming home other problems, a piece of the shower was broken and it took us a good month and several emails and phone calls to get them to finish assembling it. we say that we were forced to "stay" with them, but as we were treated we would have to change supplier. We were not followed by the staff, even if at first they seemed polite, then they struggled to answer, perhaps because they could not handle the problems created by them or their editors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ristrutturato casa l'anno scorso e comprato su indicazione dell'idraulico che ci ha fatto gli impianti il mobile per il bagno principale. Lo specchio con il LED del mobile è arrivato scheggiato. Segnalato ripetutamente, da febbraio 2020 ormai, all'idraulico che lo specchio nuovo è arrivato scheggiato. Sto ancora aspettando venga sostituito. Sconsigliato.
