When you go to the shop all cordial and with smiles then once delivered and paid the bill goodbye ... I have been waiting for 9 years after so many reminders, made by phone and physically on site, I'm still waiting for the kitchen drawers to come to me and the hinges of the vasistas wall units that for the umpteenth morning fell on my head ... zero seriousness
