 I found this shop by accident a month ago, bought a pair of shoes and today I can say it was worth it.
I'm from Turin but as soon as I can I will come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I passed by this shop accidentally few years ago, I bought a pair of loafers, they're super comfortable and the leather is very good and soft, very affordable price and I will definitely go back there for more next time when I'm in Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some slippers. At home I realized that the inside bottom layer was not glued down properly on both shoes. This is annoying when taking off shoes as leather comes with all the time. Bad manufacturing quality. Very disappointing.
Complement after having gotten an answer to my review above: Before writing this review I tried to contact the website but couldn't find a direct possibility to contact them. This is no service and the answer given after a month is unsatisfying. Either the insole is glued properly or it is removable, but nothing in between. I was annoyed by this purchase but would like to add that the shoes are otherwise very good, but I was not advised by the shop assistant as you insinuate in your answer. As I am satisfied with the shoes after having glued the insole by myself (sic), I have upgraded the review from one to three stars, also because of the fact that the shop at least tried to answer my critics. A contact address on your werbsite would be helpful. I prefer bilateral exchange when having problems!
