La mia 4 stelle va, perché appena ho contattato il servizio clienti per segnalare il tutto, loro sono stati educati e cortesi nell ascoltare le problematiche riscontrate nei prodotti. E hanno subito cercato una soluzione. Sono stata rimborsata subito il giorno dopo, con tanto di scuse e gentilezza. Spero che il prossimo ordine sarà migliore. I placed an order of anti-cellulite products. Unfortunately the material arrived with defects. My 4 stars is because as soon as I contacted customer service to report the whole, they were polite and courteous in listening to the problems found in the products. And they immediately sought a solution. I was immediately refunded the next day, with apologies and kindness. I hope that the next order will be better.

The delivery was quick and the thicker, autumn-winter tights were beautiful and had a great quality. Unfortunately the weather was bad at spring, so i only opened the thin ones about 2 months after arrival. One of the three pairs got torn on the first day that i wore it (i was working at my laptop in home office, so no difficult circumstances), and another pair already had a big hole in it in the package. I contacted the customer service about the one which was already defected in the original package, but because of the time passed, they said they can't help. So, my advice is: buy only thick tights from Calzitaly, as the thin ones have bad quality (2 out of 3 were useless), and do not order anything in advance before you need it, because they won't care about your quality problems.
