M	Melania Puglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno prima di Natale chiamo al negozio chiedendo se un buono fatto da loro era utilizzabile anche in altri punti vendita calzedonia di altri paesi..mi rispondono"in qualsiasi punto vendita"..mi reco al negozio e decido per il buono da 20 euro ma mi dicono che quello da 20 è da utilizzare entro il 31 12..Quindi poco piu di una settimana di tempo..Decido cmq di farlo dato che ero lì..lo regalo il 23 dicembre dato che la ragazza il giorno dopo sarebbe andata in giro per negozi..il giorno dopo questa mi chiama dicendo che nel negozio dove era stata le avevano detto che quel buono è utilizzabile solo nel negozio dove è stato fatto..chiamo al negozio raccontando il tutto e mi dicono che è impossibile che qualcuno abbia detto che il buono era utilizzabile altrove.. chiedo solo la cortesia di prolungare la durata del buono di 2 settimane dato che la ragazza abita lontano e non riusciva a recarsi in pochi giorni lì ma mi danno di tempo solo entro il 3 gennaio A few days before Christmas I call the shop asking if a voucher made by them was also usable in other Calzedonia stores in other countries .. they answer me "in any store" .. Ho voluto pagare con la carta ma stranamente risultava che non funzionava il cip. La carta e‘ tedesca… e invece di capire un attimo da cosa dipendesse, dato che ho sempre pagato tranquillamente senza alcun problema, ti fa fare una figuraccia facendo una faccia d‘avanti a tutti come se non ci sono soldi sulla carta e dicendo alla cassiera di lasciar stare e fare l‘altra signora che stava dietro di noi. Ma stiamo scherzando??? Sarebbe stato meglio lasciargli tutta la busta li e nn comprare proprio niente da lui! Ma poi abbiamo pagato in contanti. Non ho mai visto una cosa del genere! Spero non fosse il proprietario e se invece si, allora di trovarne un altro più capace e simpatico! The girls are nice but the owner (or I don't know who he was) is extremely rude! Un'occasione sprecata, vista la lapalissiana cialtroneria e stile approssimativo e raffazzonato delle commesse. Sono anni che vengo nella bella Ostuni in ferie o in smart work, e questo shop lo trovo più in declino sotto l'ottica dell'attitudine al rapporto ed all'accoglienza dei potenziali acquirenti. Si nota ad occhio nudo la mancanza di stile e di professionalità, che a volte vengono compensate in altri negozi con la simpatia o con l'indottrinamento e formazione del personale con corsi specifici di galateo della vendita e comunicazione-marketing. Ma credo che in questo negozio il personale venga preso qua e la senza un minimo di test e selezioni attidudinali...e buttato in prima linea senza un minimo di prerogative ne' capacità. I've been coming to the beautiful Ostuni for years on vacation or smart work, and I find this shop more in decline from the point of view of the attitude to the relationship and the reception of potential buyers. The lack of style and professionalism can be noticed with the naked eye, which are sometimes compensated in other shops with sympathy or with indoctrination and staff training with specific courses in sales etiquette and communication-marketing. But I believe that in this shop the staff are taken here and there without a minimum of tests and attidudinal selections ... and thrown on the front line without a minimum of prerogatives or skills.
