★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione inaudita, scortesia, pessimo servizio. Mi sorprende che un brand cosi scelga commesse come quelle di Vigna Stelluti. Addirittura negare di avere un prodotto e poi ritrovarlo da se, sbattere sul ripiano I calzini, e per non parlare del resto in cassa. Ho ribadito piu volte alla ragazza che un comportamento cosi non é permesso nei confronti di un cliente e quindi non sarei ritornata, ma le commesse si sono dimostrate non curanti, con smorfie e atteggiamento menefreghista.
Mai piu.
Unheard of rudeness, rudeness, bad service. I am surprised that such a brand chooses orders like those of Vigna Stelluti. Even denying having a product and then finding it yourself, banging your socks on the shelf, and not to mention the rest in the cashier. I reiterated several times to the girl that such behavior is not allowed towards a customer and therefore I would not have returned, but the orders have proved to be careless, with grimaces and an indifferent attitude.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco professionale, capitano spesso disattenzioni nei confronti dei clienti. Più volte hanno venduto merce messa da parte che era solo da ritirare. Polemici con il pubblico e per nulla disponobili a risolvere i problemi che creano. Un negozio pessimo.
