★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte che ho l'armadio pieno dei leggings e calze calzedonia, devo dire che le commesse sono sempre molto gentili, educate e disponibili.
Apart from the fact that my wardrobe is full of Calzedonia leggings and socks, I must say that the shop assistants are always very kind, polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 agosto - entro per acquistare un costume senza soffermarmi sulla merce in sconto. Mi rivolgo ad una commessa che ancor prima della domanda mi dice che tutto ciò che c è è esposto. Per completare un bikini chiedo comunque il pezzo di sotto. Mi dice di no. Alla domanda se disponibile in altri negozi arriva in aiuto altra ragazza (molto disponibile) che le dice di controllare in magazzino. Dopo circa 10 minuti torna e acquisto il bikini tra L altro a prezzo pieno, insieme ad altra merce.La diversa disponibilità delle 2 ragazze ha fatto la differenza. Credo comunque per le prossime volte mi rivolgerò ad altro negozio fisico e on line: la sensazione di essere “un problema” per la commessa non favorisce L esperienza di acquisto.
11 August - I go in to buy a costume without focusing on discounted merchandise. I turn to a saleswoman who even before the question tells me that everything there is is exposed. To complete a bikini I still ask for the bottom piece. He tells me no. When asked if available in other stores, another girl (very helpful) comes to help and tells her to check the warehouse. After about 10 minutes he comes back and I buy the bikini at full price, together with other goods. The different availability of the 2 girls has made the difference. However, I think for the next few times I will turn to another physical and online store: the feeling of being "a problem" for the order does not favor the shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom binnen en kijk rustig tussen de rekken. De verkoopster leek mij niet gezien te hebben, ze was te druk met haar vriendinnen aan het praten. Ik loop door naar de pashokjes en ik hoor ze helemaal uitvliegen tegen haar vriendinnen en richting mij lopen. Ze begint in het Italiaans te roepen tegen mij. Ik sta verstelt te kijken, enerzijds omdat ik in shock was dat ze zo tegen mij roept en anderzijds omdat ik er niets van verstond. Ze probeert het dan toch te vertalen en vraagt/becommentarieert of ik wel gekeken heb naar de maat. Natuurlijk heb ik dat, lijkt me logisch om dat te doen, hierop zegt ze met de meest sarcastische toon: "Do you have a (mijn maat)? Hahaha." Ze pakt het pakje dat ik wil passen, trekt het van de kapstok en loopt al lachend terug naar haar vriendinnen om over me te roddelen. Nadat ik het gepast heb en het mij niet stond (misschien ook wel omdat ik geen zin meer heb), kom ik uit het pashokje. Ze raast voorbij naar achter en ik zeg terwijl dat het me niet past. Ze zegt niets meer, maar trekt het pakje uit mijn handen en loopt terug verder weg. Ik kom terug in de verlaten winkel en wou eigenlijk nog van die leuke sokken kopen. Laat dat maar.
I enter and quietly look between the racks. The saleswoman didn't seem to have seen me, she was too busy talking to her friends. I walk on to the fitting rooms and I hear them flying all the way to her friends and walking towards me. She starts yelling at me in Italian. I'm amazed, on the one hand because I was in shock that she calls to me like that and on the other hand because I didn't understand anything. She tries to translate it anyway and asks/comments whether I have looked at the size. Of course I have, seems logical to do that, to this she says with the most sarcastic tone: "Do you have a (my buddy)? Hahaha." She picks up the suit I want to try on, pulls it off the coat rack and, laughing, walks back to her friends to gossip about me. After I tried it on and it didn't suit me (perhaps also because I don't feel like it anymore), I get out of the fitting room. She races past to the back and I say it doesn't suit me. She says nothing more, but pulls the package out of my hands and walks back further away. I come back to the abandoned store and actually wanted to buy those nice socks. Never mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comesse inefficienti, come far capire ai clienti la poca voglia di lavorare. Ho chiesto dei semplici gambaletti mi hanno dato i primi che gli sono capitati in mano senza chiedere lo spessore, non tutti sanno che c'è ne di diversi tipi ma le comesse dovrebbero servire anche per dare informazioni bastava una semplice domanda. Sono queste piccole cose che fanno voglia di non passare più in certi negozi. E poi ci si lamenta che la gente compra online.
