In caso di cambio merce non è più possibile usufruire di uno dei due negozi in Viareggio in quanto viene detto dalle commesse che i proprietari sono diversi per cui se la taglia è presente nel negozio Calzedonia dove si è fatto l'acquisto, bene, altrimenti niente soldi indietro e tocca aspettare che arrivi la taglia giusta...quando? Boh...arriverà? Boh... E chi come me ha comprato costumi spendendo una notevole cifra (anche senza usufruire dello sconto) si trova ad avere un bho...oppure il cambio costume a metà settembre, se va bene! Do una stella (zero non si può) a Calzedonia negozio, perché per come la vedo io il CLIENTE non dovrebbe uscire dal negozio insoddisfatto, soprattutto dopo aver speso... Do invece 10 stelle alle Commesse che sono diciamo "obbligate" a raccontare la storiella dello scontrino elettronico ed ecc. ecc. e a sopportare la Clientela che ovviamente si lamenta perché si sente presa in giro. Ho già provato tutte le calze che ho acquistato, e direi che ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie esigenze. Tutte cose che ad oggi è difficile trovare in un negozio. L’unica pecca,forse un po’ poco fornito,perché avrei voluto prendere altri modelli di calze e non avevano le taglie. Per il resto...complimenti! La quale m ha reso tutta la merce dicendomi di fare la procedura con il corriere e blabla... tutto questo molto innervosita anche xchè si è detta redarguita al telefono da un superiore x quello che stava accadendo. Ho perso tempo, sono state scortesi, sono uscita dal negozio e nessuna mi ha salutata, insomma PESSIMA esperienza!!!! Non ci comprerò nulla!!! Solo sul sito oppure in altro pdv.
