★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza oggi 15/06/2019 nel negozio in questione infatti durante l'acquisto di calzini per mio figlio di 8 anni mi sono distratto ed il bambino giocando e passato più volte dall'ingresso facendo scattare più volte il contapassi del negozio. Una ragazza del personale si è subito scagliata verso mio figlio con atteggiamento minaccioso. Io mi sono scusato per il comportamento del bimbo ma é inaccettabile che persone del genere lavorino a contatto con il pubblico.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience today 15/06/2019 in the store in question in fact during the purchase of socks for my 8-year-old son I got distracted and the child playing and passed several times from the entrance by clicking the pedometer several times shop. A staff girl immediately hurled herself at my son with a threatening attitude. I apologized for the behavior of the child but it is unacceptable that such people work in contact with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dire che oggi 26 ottobre 2021, ho avuto una spiacevole esperienza.
Entro per comprare due paia di calze, mi viene fatto notare l'offerta che , se prendi 4 paia di calze 2 sono OMAGGIO!!! Allora mi dico va bene approfitto dell'occasione...chiedo più volte alla commessa se posso prendere in OMAGGIO anche queste che sono più care e mi viene risposto più volte di SI basta che io ne COMPRO 4... niente di più sbagliato !!! Arrivo alla cassa e mi ritrovo un conto esagerato.
Quando chiedo spiegazioni mi viene detto che l'offerta è uno sconto sulle meno care !!!!! Cosaaaa???? allora gli faccio notare che la pubblicità è ingannevole , la commessa è stata, devo ammetterlo, gentile nel dirmi" se vuole gli tolgo quello che non gli serve.."ma non è questo il punto.
La pubblicità è ingannevole e la commessa , forse , dovrà dire per forza quello che ha detto a me x attirare il cliente a comprare.
Ma se devo essere sincera non credo che andrò a comprare ancora in quella catena di negozi.
Vero è che potevo pagare solo quello che mi serviva...ma a scontrino fatto ho preferito lasciare perdere...ho calze per i beati adesso...ma secondo me non si tratta così il cliente.
Le offerte devono essere chiare e semplici cosa che non ho trovato lì.
Come potete vedere il cartello dice regalo NON SCONTO..!!!!
Unfortunately I must say that today October 26, 2021, I had an unpleasant experience.
Within to buy two pairs of socks, I am pointed out the offer that, if you take 4 pairs of socks 2 are FREE !!! So I say to myself okay I take advantage of the opportunity ... I ask the shop assistant several times if I can take for FREE even these that are more expensive and I am told several times of YES as long as I BUY 4 ... nothing more wrong! !! I arrive at the cashier and I find myself an exaggerated bill.
When I ask for explanations, I am told that the offer is a discount on cheaper prices !!!!! Whataaa ???? then I point out that advertising is misleading, the saleswoman was, I must admit, kind in telling me "if you want, I'll take away what you don't need .." but that's not the point.
Advertising is misleading and the saleswoman, perhaps, will have to say what she said to me to lure the customer to buy.
But to be honest I don't think I'll go shopping in that chain again.
It is true that I could only pay for what I needed ... but when the receipt was done I preferred to leave it alone ... I have socks for the blessed now ... but in my opinion this is not the case with the customer.
The offers must be clear and simple which I did not find there.
As you can see the sign says gift NOT DISCOUNT .. !!!!
