Personale estremamente gentile e sorridente che supporta e consiglia senza invadenza. Alla cassa una gentile signora di altri tempi che segue puntualmente tutte le fasi delle vendite. Non aspettatevi però sconti.... la politica dell'attività e la qualità delle scarpe non li permette. A well-equipped family-run shoe store with prices in line with the quality of the products sold. Extremely polite and smiling staff who support and advise without intrusiveness. At the checkout a kind lady of other times who punctually follows all stages of sales. Don't expect discounts though .... the policy of the activity and the quality of the shoes does not allow them.

E	Elvira Degli Innocenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leggo tante recensioni che elogiano la gentilezza e le buone maniera. la mia esperienza purtroppo è stata diversa e frustrante....a parte il fatto che all'apertura il proprietario mi ha chiuso la porta praticamente in faccia ( sarebbe stato molto più gentile, chiedermi di attendere qualche minuto ) , cosa alla quale lui ha appena risposto dando la sua non convincente versione, la cosa più fastidiosa e frustrante e' stata l' essere piantata in asso nel bel mezzo della prova delle calzature dalla commessa che e' andata ad occuparsi di un altro cliente I read many reviews praising kindness and good manners. unfortunately my experience was different and frustrating .... apart from the fact that upon opening the owner practically closed the door in my face (it would have been much nicer to ask me to wait a few minutes), which he has as soon as he answered giving his unconvincing version, the most annoying and frustrating thing was being left in the lurch in the middle of the footwear test by the saleswoman who went to take care of another customer

Sono andata con la mia mamma, che ha un piede purtroppo molto difficile da accontentare, non per sfizio, ma per problemi veri, lo hanno capito e hanno fatto di tutto per trovare la scarpa giusta per lei. Grazie ancora. They have a huge assortment for all tastes and problems, they are very kind, competent and patient, you can see that they care about making the customer satisfied. I went with my mom, who unfortunately has a very difficult foot to please, not for whim, but for real problems, they understood it and did everything to find the right shoe for her. Thanks again.
