Ho più volte richiesto il rimborso, dopo aver effettuato il reso a spese mie, per un errore loro, e non sono mai stata rimborsata. Poca serietà, sconsigliatissimo. Mi dicono circa 5 giorni, e per me andava bene in quanto mi sarebbero servite il 25 aprile. Le scarpe non arrivano, li contatto il sabato e non mi degnano di risposta fino al 26 aprile, quando mi dicono che le scarpe sarebbero arrivate il 28/29. Ho quindi rifatto l'ordine, nonostante non mi servissero quasi più. le scarpe non sono arrivate ancora ad oggi, 30 aprile e non mi degnano di risposta. Avere dei bei prodotti ma non saper lavorare, non avere educazione, non degnare di risposta un cliente pagante è da maleducati. Quindi si hanno bei prodotti, ma se non volete perderci la salute evitate Two weeks ago I ordered two pairs of shoes and asked when they would arrive. Li avviso subito, appena arrivate, mando le foto e dicono più volte che è una cosa molto strana... (e io cosa dovrei dire?)pago delle scarpe già rovinate. Mi dicono di rimandargliele ma io Non ho intenzione di fare il reso perché sarebbe a spese mie e non lo trovo giusto! Leggendo poi altre recensioni c'è il rischio che non vengano cambiate e io non vengo nemmeno rimborsata nel frattempo questi spariscono e non mi rispondo più! Serietà zero! A questo punto meglio comprare su Zalando! Tra l altro mi sono appena resa conto che la scarpa che mi è arrivata non corrisponde nemmeno a quella che c'è in foto...
