★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusa ...ancora nel 2019 ci sono problemi di acqua sembriamo di vivere nel terzo mondo ,ma non è così xché le sorgenti sono piene sono loro la Caltacqua che non ne manda ,non dicono altro che ci sono guasti, o L'ACQUA è sporca però la paghiamo a peso d'oro. Questa società Caltacqua e solo che vergognosa se devo dare un voto dico 00000000000000000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dove è il servizio clienti? Mio marito fatto un richiesta per H20-online maggio 2016 e ancora non sono ricivuta la fattura via email.Essi non rispondere alle e-mail e quando noi telefono a linea verde fanno finta di non capire. questo servizio clienti fa schifo!
Where is the customer service? My husband made a request for H20-online in May 2016 and I still don't receive the invoice via email. They don't respond to emails and when we green line phone pretend not to understand. this customer service sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio vergognoso! L'acqua non arriva durante giorni ed a partire dalle 12:30h del venerdì non funziona l'attenzione telefonica nemmeno al "numero verde". Centro Sicilia sempre più terzo mondo.......scarseggia un bene fondamentale come l'acqua nel 2017 e vogliamo stare in Europa........
Shameful service! The water does not arrive during days and starting from 12: 30h on Friday the telephone attention does not work even at the "green number". Centro Sicilia increasingly scarce third world ....... an essential commodity like water in 2017 and we want to stay in Europe ........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caltaqua è semplicemente vergognosa.... Nella nostra zona prima avevamo l'acqua h24 e on fortissima pressione da un anno a questa parte la distribuiscono un giorno si e l'altro no la sera tardi e di notte lentissima manco forse a 2 atmosfere però le bollette arrivano puntuali.... Ci mancherebbe.... Non parliamo poi della scortese degli impiegati quando riesci ad avere un appuntamento nei loro uffici... Siamo a livello del 3 mondo.... L'acqua bene primario pagata a peso d'oro... Perlomeno non te la farebbero mancare..... Vergogna caltaqua!!!
Caltaqua is simply shameful .... In our area before we had water 24 hours a day and with very strong pressure for a year now they distribute it one day yes and the other not in the late evening and very slow night maybe not even 2 atmospheres though the bills arrive on time .... God forbid .... Let's not talk about the rude of the employees when you manage to have an appointment in their offices ... We are at the level of the 3rd world .... The water is a primary good paid to weight of gold ... At least you would not miss it ..... Shame on caltaqua !!!

Hab mich mehrfach davon überzeugen lassen wie unregelmäßig die Versorgung stattfindet.
Dritte Welt Situationen Mitte im Europa.
Die Büros sind zusätzlich von unverschämte Personal besetzt die nur eine Sache einhalten, nämlich ihre Pausen.
Damit ist ja alles gesagt.
Traurigerweise sind alle von denen abhängig somit interessieren die Beschwerden niemanden.
