Le gentili signorine del centralino sono evidentemente addette soltanto a "rabbonire" i malcapitati clienti, illudendoli che le loro richieste saranno prese in considerazione. Molto peggio di una inefficiente struttura pubblica. I agree with the first reviewer. I never managed to talk to a "technician" of the company. The kind ladies of the switchboard are evidently employed only to "appease" the unfortunate customers, deceiving them that their requests will be taken into consideration. Much worse than an inefficient public structure.

Dirigenti molto disponibili in caso di problemi sempre reperibili anche tramite posta elettronica con risposte adeguate entro le 24 ore. Richiediamo sostituzione della caldaia sul balcone, una volta effettuata e tecnico andato via vediamo che nel libretto è specificato "caldaia da interni, vietato applicare all’esterno". Odissea interminabile di chiamate elemosinando un collaudatore che aspetteremo invano per 5 mesi! Ne chiamiamo uno in privato che ci conferma essere una caldaia da interni e ci consiglia di far costruire un muro che la ripari dalle intemperie (a nostre spese) e ci solleva dicendo che vivendo a Roma, città dal clima mite, dovremmo cavarcela...Sotto contratto fino al 16/12/2019 chiamiamo per un intervento relativo all’anti calcare che ci viene detto essere a pagamento !! Una centralinista maleducatissima fa barriera e riaggancia mentre sto parlando! Solo più tardi un geometra richiama, la caldaia non la sostituiranno ma possono mandare un tecnico per l’anti calcare, nel frattempo ci invitano a rinnovare il contratto di manutenzione con loro. B	Bio Mundi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE!!!! Premetto che non scrivo mai recensioni negative se non per avvisare altri poveri malcapitati nella mia condizione. Sono venuti a montare la nostra nuova CALDAIA venerdì scorso (14 gennaio) dopo 2 mesi di attesa con l'esplicita richiesta iniziale di essere celeri non avendo più una caldaia funzionante ed essendo inverno. Dopo aver montato la caldaia in questione, che perdeva acqua copiosamente, alla mia compagna presente a casa (che non ha purtroppo ferrate nozioni di idraulica) hanno detto che la perdita si sarebbe fermata da sola! Dopo 300 e più litri di acqua persa e 3 chiamate senza alcuna risposta ho aperto io stesso il flessibile trovando la bellezza di 2 guarnizioni incastonate una dentro l'altra (probabilmente il tecnico incaricato non si è reso conto che il flessibile già la conteneva! XD). Non credo serva aggiungere altro... ATTENTION!!!! I state that I never write negative reviews except to warn other poor unfortunates in my condition. They came to assemble our new BOILER last Friday (January 14th) after 2 months of waiting with the explicit initial request to be quick as they no longer have a functioning boiler and it is winter. After having mounted the boiler in question, which was leaking water profusely, my partner present at home (who unfortunately has no knowledge of plumbing) was told that the leak would stop by itself! After 300 and more liters of water lost and 3 calls without any answer I opened the hose myself, finding the beauty of 2 seals set one inside the other (probably the technician in charge did not realize that the hose already contained it! XD ). I don't think we need to add more ...
