★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Ho prenotato tutto ciò che serve per la ristrutturazione di un bagno considerando solo ciò che era in pronta consegna. Iniziati i lavori di smantellamento mi viene comunicato che la piastrelle devono essere ordinate e che arriveranno dopo 10 giorni. Aspetto la data indicata E il venerdì 3 luglio chiamo ripetutamente per essere certa dell'arrivo della merce e a risposta affermativa i piastrellisti si sono resi disponibili a lavorare di sabato, ma quando si presentano in magazzino per ritirare la merce viene comunicato che la merce non è arrivata. Perso per noi tempo e denaro. Abbiamo annullato l'ordine. Inoltre dopo avere acquistato tutti i pezzi del bagno non erano stati inseriti i pezzi di raccordo necessari per il montaggio. Altra perdita di tempo. Mi rivolgo ai responsabicli chiedendo una maggiore attenzione alle richieste della clientela.

Lost time and money for us. We have canceled the order. Furthermore, after having purchased all the bathroom parts, the fitting parts required for assembly were not inserted. Another waste of time. I address the responsabicli asking for greater attention to customer requests.
