★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letteralmente rischiato di cadere dalle scale che portano al piano superiore (ove si trovano i camerini), privo di rampa per i passeggini (dunque, ho dovuto sollevare da sola il mio, con sopra una bambina di 12 kg, e i gradini, benché tre, sono comunque abbastanza alti).
Al mio: "aiutoooo!", sono stata bellamente Ignorata dalla commessa in cassa (bruna, capelli lunghi legati a coda). Spiegato l'accaduto alla sua collega con la quale ho pagato la merce, non ho ricevuto neppure uno straccio di scuse.
2 consigli:
1. Mettere una rampa per accedere al piano superiore. Penso sia opportuno, in un negozio di abbigliamento che ha anche il reparto "kids".
2. Investire in cortesia delle commesse
I literally risked falling from the stairs leading to the upper floor (where the dressing rooms are), without a ramp for the strollers (therefore, I had to lift mine alone, with a 12 kg girl on it, and the steps, although three , are still quite high).
To my: "helpooo!", I was beautifully Ignored by the shop assistant (brunette, long hair tied in a ponytail). Having explained what happened to her colleague with whom I paid for the goods, I did not receive even a shred of apology.
2 tips:
1. Put a ramp to access the upper floor. I think it's appropriate, in a clothing store that also has a "kids" department.
2. Invest in courtesy of orders
