Mi ha sempre risposto al telefono una diffidente signora anziana che mi ha trattato come se stessi disturbandola o chiedendo della mortadella in una gioielleria... A gran fatica la signora cercava di capire invano quale fosse la mia richiesta. Ho lasciato più volte il mio contatto e inviato una mail, ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Anche noi gestiamo la nostra attività da 4 generazioni, le nuove generazioni si occupano del cliente per evitare fraintendimenti causa l'età avanzata dei più anziani... Forse questa azienda funziona in ambito strettamente locale, con clienti e fornitori che conoscono già (poi finalmente sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con la figlia e ho capito che sono comunque molto diffidenti delle persone che non conoscono) o che si presentino fisicamente sul posto... Non hanno una minima idea di cosa sia il Customer Care... La perdita di tempo in effetti è una gran seccatura anche per il cliente... Perhaps this company works in a strictly local area, with customers and suppliers they already know (then I finally managed to get in touch with their daughter and I realized that they are still very wary of people they don't know) or who physically show up on the spot. .. They have no idea what Customer Care is ... Wasting time is actually a big nuisance for the customer too ...
