Gym equipped with lots of equipment including modern courses for children too. There is also an instructor who follows you in the various stages of training so as not to miss exercise

When my partner and I come to Trieste from our coaches, the meeting point is always inside this delightful well-equipped gym. The guy at the reception is always kind and friendly to us and it's a pleasure to have a chat with him.

If you want to relive the "iron fever" this is the Gym, excellent equipment, engaging sports atmosphere. But even if you are a beginner you will find professionalism and the guide to achieve excellent physical fitness.
