Mi ha fatto piacere notare che ancora esistono aziende MADE IN ITALY di eccellenza che producono a mano quasi tutti passaggi necessari alla creazione di un Signor divano. La fase di logistica e la preparazione delle consegne è gestita da un magazzino automatizzato che assicura la preservazione del prodotto e la precisione nella consegna ai rivenditori. Attenti all'impatto ambientale in ogni fase di produzione e non solo . High quality sofas, serious and super organized company in every department. f	francesca polita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno abbiamo acquistato inizio 2021 un divano Roul 2 posti e un 3 posti con meccanismo relax, avevamo richiesto che fosse sfoderabile e la signora che ci ha seguito nell‘acquisto presso il negozio Migros di Castiglione Olona (Va) prima di inserire l’OdA aveva contattato sia il rappresentante di zona che l’azienda per accertarsi che fosse possibile la nostra richiesta, ben evidenziata anche nell’OdA, , ricevuto conferma della fattibilità abbiamo proceduto con l’acquisto . I divani sono arrivati il 15 giugno e al ritorno dal lavoro mi rendo conto che non erano sfoderabili! Contattato il negozio di nostro riferimento veniamo a scoprire che per il modello Roul non era fattibile la nostra richiesta! Ma allora perché era stato detto il contrario?.Peccato che nel frattempo avevamo fatto ritirare i vecchi divani, ci propongono una soluzione, ovviamente a loro spese, di farci una fodera movibile per non rimanere senza divani accettiamo questa soluzione che ovviamente non è il top! A distanza di 6 mesi dalla consegna il divano a 3 posti ha le sedute cedute, contattato più volte il negozio e finalmente il 2 marzo 2022 essendoci in zona il rappresentante (pensavamo passasse a verificare il danno) ci chiedono di iniziare a inviare dello foto del divano. Foto inviate in tale data e a oggi non abbiamo più avuto nessun riscontro in merito! Non ci pare un comportamento corretto! Six months after delivery, the 3-seater sofa has sold out, I contacted the shop several times and finally on March 2, 2022, as the representative was in the area (we thought he was going to check the damage), they ask us to start sending a photo of the sofa. Photos sent on that date and as of today we have not had any feedback on the matter! This does not seem correct behavior!

Plus dell’ azienda una selezione di tessuti innovativi con caratteristiche anti macchia. Estremamente importante la scheda tecnica con i consigli per la manutenzione.
