★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero di passaggio tra la Sicilia e l'Emilia Romagna e la mia 500L aveva qualche problema all'impianto elettrico. Mi sono fermato quindi a Lauria proprio perchè era questa la Fiat più vicina. Quindi ero un cliente di passaggio. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla gentilezza di tutti. Si sono praticamente messi a disposizione anche se si stavano occupando di altro proprio perchè ero di passaggio e dovevo continuare il mio viaggio. Vorrei tanto che tanti altri Fiat Service prendessero esempio da Caldararo! Il problema è stato risolto poco dopo tempo di attesa in comode poltroncine. GRAZIE MILLE Fiat Caldararo!

 I was passing through Sicily and Emilia Romagna and my 500L had some problems with the electrical system. So I stopped in Lauria just because this was the closest Fiat. So I was a passing customer. I was pleasantly surprised by everyone's kindness. They practically made themselves available even if they were dealing with other things precisely because I was passing through and I had to continue my journey. I would like so many other Fiat Service to take example from Caldararo! The problem was solved shortly after waiting time in comfortable armchairs. THANK YOU SO MUCH Fiat Caldararo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 min di lavoro, solo diagnosi per resettare un errore (sensore pedale acceleratore). Tot costo 60,00 euro. Eccessivamente esagerato. Se la tariffa è 120,00 euro all'ora...mi sa che ho sbagliato lavoro, ma molto probabilmente ho sbagliato solo officina.
Da evitare.
30 min of work, only diagnosis to reset an error (accelerator pedal sensor). Tot cost 60.00 euros. Excessively exaggerated. If the rate is 120.00 euros per hour ... I guess I got the wrong job, but most likely I only got the wrong workshop.
To be avoided.

Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto aspettare qualche giorno, perché il pezzo non ce l'avevano im casa. Comunque appena arrivato hanno eseguito il lavoro e siamo potuti ripartire in tempo utile per riprendere il lavoro. Grazie, professionali. Prezzo corretto.

On our way home, at the end of our vacation, the clutch on our Fiat Tipo broke. We looked for the nearest authorized Fiat workshop. Unfortunately we had to wait a few days, because they didn't have the piece at home. However, as soon as we arrived they did the job and we were able to leave in time to resume work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een dikke pluim voor dit Fiat bedrijf. We werden keurig te woord gestaan. Iedere keer op de hoogte gehouden hoe lang het nog ging duren. Met behulp van de vertaalapp konden we goed communiceren. Al met al hebben we er 1 1/2 u gestaan inclusief reparatie. Top!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da Caldararo Auto un Lancia Ypsilon Hybrid 2021. Sin dal primo istante sono stato accolto dal titolare dell'azienda, in un modo impeccabile. Massima disponibilità, attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, professionalità. Purtroppo a volte la fortuna nell'acquisto di un autoveicolo gioca un ruolo importante, visto che la mia auto è entrata in assistenza già due volte.
Se non fosse stato per l'assistenza data e che mi viene continuamente offerta avrei già sostituito l'acquisto nonostante il finanziamento totale di cui mi sono fatto carico.
Come rivenditore ed officina consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a loro. La professionalità e onestà va sempre evidenziata nel commercio.
