Il team è stato puntualissimo nel rispondere ai messaggi, meno nell'effettuarecla la spedizione. Rassicurato che avrei ricevuto il pacco entro la settimana, ciò non è accaduto. Gentilmente mi è stato inviato, come "omaggio di scuse", un pacco di spaghetti artigianali. Gentilezza e tempestività nel rispondere non mancano, ma l'omaggio di un pacco di spaghetti mandato così, non mi sembra molto professionale... Soprattutto se non accompagnato da un condimento. Naturalmente hanno ben pensato di non pubblicare questo messaggio tra i commenti sul sito. I made a purchase last Monday. Descrizioni puntuali, precise ed esaustive del prodotto che si compra, sezione vini favolosa, credo, da acquirente online compulsivo, il migliore in assoluto per descrizione dei vini, abbbinamenti, momento per degustarlo al meglio. Vini con alto rapporto prezzo qualità ed assortimento ( già ottimo) in rapida espansione. Vini davvero di sorprendente e straordinario livello che competono tranquillamente con i più blasonati di altre regioni. L'altro aspetto che amo di questo sito dal quale ho già acquistato diverse volte è la rapidità, gentilezza e disponibilità dell'imprenditore sommelier che lo gestisce: disponibile praticamente sempre, risposte velocissime. Le spedizioni sono sorprendentemente rapide ( solitamente 2 max 3 giorni) e la sensazione è quella di avere l'amico che casualmente gestisce un bellissimo sito consigliandoti al meglio nel tuo interesse e non nel suo. Ho provato anche la parte specialità calabresi e salumi e formaggi rimanendo anche qui molto soddisfatto. Ci trova tanta passione, tanta professionalità e tanta voglia non solo ( ovviamente e giustamente) di vendere ma di fare cultura rispetto ad una regione ed una terra così antica, di così grande tradizione e spesso così dimenticata. The other aspect I love about this site from which I have already purchased several times is the speed, kindness and helpfulness of the sommelier entrepreneur who runs it: practically always available, very fast answers. The shipments are surprisingly fast (usually 2 max 3 days) and the feeling is that of having the friend who casually manages a beautiful site advising you in your best interest and not his. I also tried the Calabrian specialties and cold cuts and cheeses, and I was also very satisfied here. He finds a lot of passion, a lot of professionalism and a great desire not only (obviously and rightly) to sell but to create culture with respect to a region and a land so ancient, with such a great tradition and often so forgotten.

Ho acquistato un vino premiato dall'ais e al di la' del fatto che è stato inviato dopo 5 gg dall'acquisto dopo una mia sollecitazione, mi è stato detto che mi veniva "concesso" al prezzo in cui l'avevo acquistato perché intanto il prezzo è aumentato...ma se sul sito c'è scritto un prezzo ed io acquisto un prodotto credo che sia un mio diritto riceverlo e non una "concessione"... Sapendo che la disponibilità di tale vino sarebbe stata solo nel mese di marzo , aspetto pazientemente. Il 24 marzo finalmente mi arriva l'ordine contenente solamente UNA bottiglia.Dopo aver preso contatto con l'assistenza , sbrigativamente si scusano giustificandosi con un errore di spedizione e dicendo che mi avrebbero rimborsato il costo della bottiglia mancante. Premetto che al momento dell' ordine il vino veniva venduto a 13,90€ e al momento della spedizione veniva venduto a 29,90€...... Gentilmente chiedo di poter avere la seconda bottiglia invece del rimborso ,essendo in quel momento disponibile;la richiesta mi viene negata in quanto per loro il costo della spedizione non sarebbe stato conveniente. Quindi all' ennesimo rifiuto e dopo vari messaggi su WhatsApp, mi propongo di pagare io la spedizione , da lì non ho più avuto risposta. In parole povere la seconda bottiglia l'hanno venduta a 29,90 a qualcun altro invece di spedirla a me che un mese e mezzo prima l avevo pagata solo 13,90. Totally unreliable. After contacting assistance, they hastily apologize, justifying themselves with a shipping error and saying that they would reimburse me for the cost of the missing bottle. I state that at the time of the order the wine was sold for € 13.90 and at the time of shipment it was sold for € 29.90 ... available; the request is denied as the cost of shipping would not have been convenient for them. So at the umpteenth refusal and after several messages on WhatsApp, I propose to pay for the shipment, from there I have not received a reply. In other words, they sold the second bottle for 29.90 to someone else instead of sending it to me who had paid only 13.90 a month and a half earlier.

Per il primo ordine sono più che soddisfatto a tutti i livelli, compresa la rapidità di spedizione che l'imballaggio accurato (mai visto così altrove, sempre per l'acquisto di bottiglie, grazie). Un vino molto richiesto che si sono accorti di poter vendere a prezzo maggiore. Al di là della pratica scorretta di venditaadoperata con straordinaria leggerezza, è stata la vicenda del rimborso prima accettato e poi annullato a mettere il fiocco all' esperienza di acquisto . Alla fine il servizio clienti di paypal è riuscito a rinfondermi il dovuto. Comprare con paypal aiuta in caso di venditori estrosi, per così dire! Very bad experience.
