Per inviarli ci hanno messo 2 mesi da marzo a maggio dicendo che era a causa dell'emergenza covid-2019 (il cibo ordinato da altri negli stessi giorni è stato recapitato in meno di 2 settimane, qui si parla di 2 mesi!). Una volta inviato col corriere ci sono voluti altre 3 settimane, si parla di Bologna centro non di un paesino smarrito nel nulla!). Mi aspettavo vito il ritardo clamoroso almeno uno o due prodotti in più (furbizia per mantenere il cliente e scusarsi del disagio!) invece il pacco è arrivato evidentemente oleoso e al suo interno uno dei suoi prodotti (una vasetto sott'olio) era rotto! Oltre a questo un altro vasetto era "chiuso", ma al suo interno vi erano melanzane asciutte e l'olio arrivava giusto a metà, le altre non erano comperte! Inutile dire che metà del vaso si era seccato. Inutile dire che abbiamo evitato di mangiarle in quanto è pericoloso una conserva mal conservata (esempio, ma non unico pericolo il botulino) I ordered these products through Ventis (a site that brings together several manufacturers). To send them it took them 2 months from March to May saying that it was due to the covid-2019 emergency (the food ordered by others on the same days was delivered in less than 2 weeks, here we are talking about 2 months!). Once sent by courier, it took another 3 weeks, we are talking about Bologna center, not about a village lost in nothing!). I expected vito the sensational delay at least one or two more products (cunning to keep the customer and apologize for the inconvenience!) Instead the package arrived evidently oily and inside one of its products (a jar in oil) was broken! In addition to this, another jar was "closed", but inside there were dry eggplants and the oil arrived just in the middle, the others were not covered! Needless to say, half the jar had dried out. Needless to say, we avoided eating them as a poorly preserved preservation is dangerous (example, but not the only danger is the botulinum)
