★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, ordinato cialda per torta e consegnata con strisce sopra la foto della bambina che neanche hanno controllato, risposta esce così e tanto c'è troppa fila non le interessa di rifarmela come si deve, senza parole!
 Bad service, ordered waffle for cake and delivered with stripes over the photo of the little girl that they didn't even check, answer goes out like this and there is too much queue she doesn't care to do it again properly, speechless!

Negozio fornitissimo per attrezzature e ingredienti per la realizzazione di torte in dammy e edibili. Realizza anche palloncini e decorazioni per ogni occasione. Davvero un negozio al top. Voto 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietaria scortese e presuntuosa, avrei dovuto fare la torta come diceva lei altrimenti mi aveva proposto di acquistare il materiale dicendomi "tanto spendi lo stesso e non sei capace" ma io volevo solo la torta! Conclusione: ho fatto la mia torta in un altro posto, bellissima, stesso prezzo, con tanta tranquillità ma soprattutto senza rinunciare a nessun decoro.
Rude and presumptuous owner, I should have made the cake like she said otherwise I had proposed to buy the material by telling me "so much you spend the same and you're not able" but I just wanted the cake! Conclusion: I made my cake in another place, beautiful, same price, with so much tranquility but above all without giving up any decorum.

Comprendi di avere a che fare con una persona preparata e competente dai primi minuti, nei quali le spieghi cosa ti piacerebbe realizzare; prepara una bozza per farti vedere immediatamente cosa ha in mente, prende nota di tutti i dettagli e anche delle tonalità che il cliente vuole utilizzare. Inoltre, non solo ha realizzato una torta ancor più bella di quella che le avevo proposto in foto, ma ha saputo creare decorazioni adatte, originali e nello stile adatto all’occasione e al locale. La cosa fantastica è stata non dover pensare a nulla... tutto era allestito e perfetto prima del nostro arrivo e io ho dovuto solo ricevere i complimenti da parte degli invitati:)

The fantastic thing was not having to think about anything ... everything was set up and perfect before we arrived and I just had to receive compliments from the guests :)

Io gli do 5 stelle perché di più non posso...❤ continua così e fatti valere SEMPRE ?
I'm not from Pescara but I made some online orders at this delightful shop and Alessandra has always been helpful and kind !!! The goods arrived on time and everything is always of quality ... once he even gave me advice on materials that were not his .... what more could you want? I give it 5 stars because I can't more ... ❤ keep it up and ALWAYS stand up for it ?
