 Meeting place for those who love the mountains, the CAI of Milan offers all the typical activities of the association: almost weekly mountaineering excursions, cultural activities, hiking courses and even a recently born cycle excursion group. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per avere delle informazioni sul rinnovo delle tessere (erano del 2010, quindi chiedevo se dovessero essere rifatte da capo o meno), moduli privacy, soccorso alpino ecc. e sono stata invitata a richiamare 5 minuti dopo. Ho richiamato e mi è stato più volte risposto di "guardare il sito", ho posto le domande in maniera educata ma mi è stato urlato addosso, il funzionario si continuava a lamentare dei telefoni che squillavano e della mancanza di personale. Dato che la telefonata non era per niente costruttiva, ho espresso il mio disappunto riguardo la poca gentilezza e disponibilità e ho chiuso la chiamata. Dopo alcuni minuti sono stata richiamata, non per avere le risposte alle domande che avevo fatto, ma per riascoltare un'altra volta le lamentele e anche qualche insulto - urlante- del funzionario (che non mi lasciava per altro parlare), che poi mi ha consigliato di rivolgermi ad un'altra sezione: LO FARO' SICURAMENTE!
un consiglio: se c'è poco personale perchè non prevedere degli appuntamenti telefonici?
I called to get information on the renewal of the cards (they were from 2010, so I was asking if they had to be redone or not), privacy forms, mountain rescue, etc. and I was asked to call back 5 minutes later. I called back and was repeatedly told to "look at the site", asked questions politely but was yelled at, the official kept complaining about ringing phones and lack of staff. Since the call was not at all constructive, I expressed my disappointment regarding the lack of kindness and availability and I closed the call. After a few minutes I was called back, not to get the answers to the questions I had asked, but to listen to the complaints again and also some insult - screaming - from the official (who would not let me speak for more), who then recommended to turn to another section: I WILL DEFINITELY!
a tip: if there is little staff, why not arrange telephone appointments?
