Pessimo. Appuntamento alle 17:30, pieno di gente senza alcuna idea sui tempi della gastroscopia. Alle 19:15 ho domandato alla segretaria per i tempi di attesa, confermandomi che non sapeva quando si liberasse il dottore. Il tutto dopo 10 ore a digiuno e per una visita da circa 180-200 euro. Io so dire: NO GRAZIE.

Bad. Appointment at 17:30, full of people with no idea about the timing of the gastroscopy. At 7.15pm I asked the secretary about waiting times, confirming that she didn't know when the doctor was free. All this after 10 hours on an empty stomach and for a visit from around 180-200 euros. I can say: NO THANKS.
