Ma quello fu il caffè più schifoso e vomitevole mai visto in vita mia. Forse il caffè poteva essere pure decente. Ma quel latte sicuramente giallo, scaldato e riscaldato con la macchina, sapeva solo di siero. Ricordo perfettamente quel giorno. Perché oltre a non averlo consumato tutto, lo assaggiai un pò e lo rimasi, stetti male per tutta la serata. Ovviamente non dissi nulla alla ragazza che mi fece il caffè, perché subito dopo che mi mise il caffè sul banco, si è allontanò dal bancone e andò in un altra stanza. Per risparmiare un pò di latte, lo tenete in quei bollilatte piccolo e lo riscaldate e lo rimettete in frigo 1000 volte e non ci pensate che ogni volta che lo riscaldate, lo innaffiate solo d'acqua. A un certo punto lo potete anche buttare dato che diventa solo acqua e siero di latte. Con un litro di latte volete fare veramente 50 cappuccini e infiniti caffè macchiati.
