Consigliata se vi trovate a passare per Veduggio e volete concedervi una pausa ristoratrice. Perché mai fare tappa a Veduggio? Perché il paese ha ospitato nella casa di via V. Veneto il pittore G. Segantini e nella sua opera "A messa prima", l'artista ritrae la bellissima scalinata della chiesa di S. Martino Vescovo rimasta pressoché identica come raffigurata all'epoca. Molto curata sia all'esterno che all'interno, la Chiesa di S. Martino merita una visita per le decorazioni, quadri, edicole con affreschi, marmi che la arricchiscono notevolmente. Inoltre, essendo posta in posizione elevata rispetto al paese risulta anche un punto panoramico sui monti circostanti. Se poi voleste vedere qualcosa in più, seguendo via V. Veneto potete giungere fino in Piazza Italia, un piccolo centro storico veramente grazioso. A noi è molto piaciuta anche una vecchia corte lombarda con case a ringhiera, rustici, ballatoi esterni ed un antico pozzo, tutto molto decadente ma di gran fascino (opinione del tutto personale!) Probabilmente torneremo per conoscere meglio la zona che risulta essere anche molto tranquilla e piacevole. Recommended if you are passing through Veduggio and want to treat yourself to a refreshing break. Why on earth stop in Veduggio? Because the town hosted the painter G. Segantini in the house in via V. Veneto and in his work "A Messa prima", the artist portrays the beautiful staircase of the church of S. Martino Vescovo, which remained almost identical as depicted at the time. Very well-finished both inside and outside, the Church of S. Martino deserves a visit for the decorations, paintings, aedicules with frescoes, marbles that enrich it considerably. Furthermore, being placed in an elevated position with respect to the town it is also a panoramic point on the surrounding mountains. And if you would like to see something more, following via V. Veneto you can reach Piazza Italia, a truly charming little historic center. We also liked an old Lombard court with railing houses, cottages, external balconies and an ancient well, all very decadent but very charming (completely personal opinion!). quiet and pleasant.

I proprietari e lo staff sono molto gentili e disponibili. It has been my trusted pastry shop since I was little, every time I brought their pastries / cakes / panettone I always hit the mark. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful.
