Regular customer for a few years now, until today I was with some friends, and when one of them did not want to consume we were HUNTED !! Bad service.

M	Marta Guglielmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio a dir poco pessimo. sono stata trattata malissimo nonostante sia una cliente fissa da anni. ero in compagnia di 8 amici ed ero stata l'unica a non ordinare nulla dunque il titolare voleva COSTRINGERMI ad ordinare qualcosa e in seguito al mio rifiuto sono stata letteralmente MINACCIATA e successivamente CACCIATA via. non vi metterò più piede. bad service to say the least. I was treated very badly despite being a regular customer for years. I was in the company of 8 friends and I was the only one who did not order anything so the owner wanted to FORCE ME to order something and following my refusal I was literally THREATENED and subsequently SHOT away. I will not set foot there again.
F	Francesco G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bella caffettiera ed un bel locale appartato, gestito da personale simpatico e cordiale, purtroppo c'è gente che pretende di stare ore ed ore a chiacchierare e rilassarsi consumando 1 caffè o un estate' in 10 persone occupando i posti e non lasciando posti per chi veramente deve consumare, ed è giusto che sé hai consumato e c'è gente, alzati e vattene! I signori, pregati di alzarsi se hanno finito di consumare per dar posto ad altri, si seccano,......questa gente ineducata per ripicca che fa'?......scrive recensioni negative gratuite!....perdere dei clienti così è un guadagno! A nice coffee maker and a nice secluded place, run by nice and friendly staff, unfortunately there are people who expect to spend hours and hours chatting and relaxing while consuming 1 coffee or a summer 'in 10 people occupying seats and leaving no seats who really has to consume, and it is right that if you have consumed and there are people, get up and go! Gentlemen, please get up if they have finished consuming to make room for others, they get annoyed, ... these uneducated people out of spite what do they do? ... write free negative reviews! .... losing customers like this is a profit!

Va bene solo per caffè visto che almeno quello non è molto sovrapprezzato (1 €, altrove anche a 0.80 cent) Out of scale prices I asked for two aperitifs but they brought me an aperitif saying it was for two, making them pay full price even though they were unmanned even considering only one I repeat off-scale price 4 euros each / 1. It is only good for coffee since at least that is not very overpriced (1 €, elsewhere even at 0.80 cents)
S	Sonia Agozzino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vous déconseille vivement cette endroit, on demande un café américain et un verre de vin blanc (que par définition on espère très frais) on me demande 10 euros et on m'apporte un verre de vin dont l'odeur fait clairement douter de sa fraîcheur et il est tiède. On le fait remarquer, on propose un rosé, on refuse et on ne me rembourse pas. L'attitude est désinvolte et sans aucun respect. Bref, amis touristes et Siciliens passez votre chemin ! I strongly advise against this place, we ask for an American coffee and a glass of white wine (which by definition we hope to be very fresh), I am asked for 10 euros and I am brought a glass of wine whose smell clearly makes you doubt its freshness and it is lukewarm. We point it out, we offer a rosé, we refuse and we do not reimburse me. The attitude is casual and disrespectful. In short, tourist and Sicilian friends go your way!
