★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best coffee in Trieste. If you are only stopping by for a quick espresso i recommend you drink it on the counter, because it's a lot cheaper than sitting down at a table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful historical ambiance. The hot chocolate was amazing. But I was disappointed with the deserts, I was expecting more, they look beautiful but don’t taste as good as they look. The prices are a bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for dinner and we loved it. From all the food we enjoyed our apetizer (aperitivo) the most, some kind of tartar. Interior is beautiful and the waiters are very nice. Just keep in mind that dinner is after 7 :)

Expected costly….but nice staff and atmosphere of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious. This building is historic, 1830, and exquisitely renovated. The food is mouthwatering delicious. The staff: above reproach. I treated myself to an amazing meal; one I will remember for all time. Please treat yourselves. I had lunch (not breakfast). I snarfed down everything before taking pictures. This is a pic of the crepes that were light and superb.
