M	Michele Giagnorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho deciso da qualche mese di passare alle capsule compostabili per dare un minimo contributo al pianeta visto che ogni giorni miliardi di capsule ed incarti finiscono nei rifiuti per pochi grammi di caffè... detto questo quando mi hanno chiamato per propormi l'acquisto mi hanno assicurato in tutti i modi che sia l'incarto che le capsule erano compostabili ("perchè nel nostro piccolo anche noi abbiamo a cuore il nostro pianeta" mi ha detto testualmente l'operatrice)... Ebbene sono arrivate 200 capsule con incarti di PLASTICA e capsule stesse in PLASTICA!! Ho ovviamente protesta senza avere alcuna risposta... Ho atteso qualche giorno per la recensione e poter anche dare indicazioni sul caffè. ebbene anche questo di è rivelato una forte delusione. Sembra acqua sporca... insomma DA EVITARE sia per la scorrettezza nella vendita, sia per la qualità del caffè. I waited a few days for the review and also to be able to give directions on the coffee. well this too proved to be a strong disappointment. It looks like dirty water ... in short, TO AVOID both for incorrect sales and for the quality of the coffee.

Quello di ieri è l'ultimo acquisto fatto con loro. Mi accontenterò della Lavazza (almeno vado al supermercato, pago e me lo porto via, senza i casini di questi "molto poco professionali" e "molto molto approssimativi". Vedrò il risvolto degli "eventi", dopodiché potrei anche divertirmi a scrivere una recensione al giorno nella speranza che diventino una ditta seria! I'm not used to putting reviews around but these gentlemen deserve it all! Good coffee. Bad organization. Yesterday's is the last purchase made with them. I'll settle for Lavazza (at least I go to the supermarket, pay and take it away, without the mess of these "very unprofessional" and "very very approximate". I'll see the implication of the "events", after which I could also have fun writing a review a day in the hope that they become a serious company!

Eppure mi chiamano al telefono e mi chiedono che caffè uso; visto che mi dico non interessato mi chiudono il telefono in faccia senza neanche salutare da grandi maleducati quale ritengo siano. Piuttosto che comprare da loro mi converto alla cicoria in polvere!
U	Un utente Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono mai stata cliente di questa attività e non ho mai utilizzato il mio secondo numero personale per contatti con attività commerciali (utilizzo due schede SIM apposta!)... quindi non mi spiego come facciano ad avere il mio numero telefonico e a conoscere i miei dati anagrafici! Sono SCONVOLTA, è già la seconda volta che mi chiama questo call center, con due numeri differenti. QUI CI SONO GLI ESTREMI PER UNA DENUNCIA! Le capsule di caffè per la dolce gusto sono arrivate puntuali, per carità. L'unico problema è che ho provato a spiegare al ragazzo del call center che, nonostante avessi deciso di dargli una possibilità, io sono un amante del buon caffè espresso. Beh che dire, 1 stella è anche troppo. Il caffè che mi è arrivato è di qualità scadente, sia in sapore che in struttura, prodotto e confezionato da NERO NOBILE che oltre a vendere i propri prodotti ai discount propone alle aziende di creare un brand per loro. Se ricevo un altra sola chiamata dal vostro centralino prenderò provvedimenti. Buon proseguimento a voi nella speranza che il marketing degli anni 80 finisca prima o poi; oltre ad essere obsoleto rischia di di distruggere la vostra azienda. If I get just one more call from your switchboard I will take action. B	Barbara Di Lorenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO SERVIZIO VENDITA E ASSISTENZA CLIENTI Ho fatto un ordine di caffè in grani due mesi fa. Mi hanno mandato caffè macinato. Quando ho telefonato mi hanno detto ‘ma non se lo può tenere?’ Ovviamente ho detto di no e mi hanno mandato caffè in grani ma per 1,750. Ho protestato e mi hanno risposto che aveva sbagliato la logistica. Non hanno mai rimandato il caffè. Dopo 2 mesi ha richiamato il venditore che mi ha detto che nell’ordine successivo avrebbe messo il pacchetto mancante. Ovviamente non lo hanno messo. Ho richiamato e mi hanno detto che mancava… Quindi io non comprerò mai più nulla. Peccato perché il caffè è buono ma onestamente W Amazon tutta la vita

Acqua con un po' di gusto e basta altro che cioccolato L'altro problema riscontrato che molte capsule di caffè mi scoppiano e incominciano a perdere da tutte le parti per non dire che si combina . In più vorrei dire che se mi chiamate il giorno dell'ordine non potete rompere tutti i giorni con operatori diversi per fare nuovi acquisti .
