Il personale è maleducato e noncurante, sono stata ripresa dalla proprietaria mentre pagavo la colazione perché ho detto pagarTI anziché pagarLE offendendomi chiamandomi MALEDUCATA. SONO RIMASTA SCONVOLTA. Ci siamo sedute fuori e nessuno è venuto a servirci, siamo entrate ad ordinare e la padrona era scocciata perché voleva che aspettassimo fuori una di loro a prendere le ordinazioni. Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo preso due bomboloni, una fetta di torta alla fragola e 3 cappuccini, il tutto per 19,20€ (3€ di bombolone, 2,90€ il cappuccino e 4,50 la torta). Nei bomboloni non c'era la crema quasi e la torta era palesemente del giorno prima, gommosa ed insapore. Prodotti surgelati di scarsa qualità. Cappuccino passabile ma nulla di speciale. NON C'È QUALITÀ, NON C'È GENTILEZZA. VERAMENTE UNA SCHIFEZZA DI POSTO. This place is only lucky enough to enjoy a good location. The staff are rude and careless, I was picked up by the owner while I was paying for breakfast because I said pay YOU rather than pay them offending me by calling myself RUDE. I was shocked. We sat outside and no one came to serve us, we went in to order and the hostess was annoyed because she wanted us to wait outside for one of them to take our orders. There were 3 of us and we took two donuts, a slice of strawberry cake and 3 cappuccinos, all for € 19.20 (€ 3 donut, € 2.90 the cappuccino and 4.50 the cake). There was hardly any cream in the donuts and the cake was obviously from the day before, rubbery and tasteless. Poor quality frozen products. Passable cappuccino but nothing special. THERE IS NO QUALITY, THERE IS NO KINDNESS. REALLY A RUBBISH PLACE.

La titolare è stata di una maleducazione assurda, far pagare 2 euro a caffè. Ma dove siamo? A piazza San Marco a Venezia? Lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque passi di lì!! From the reviews, I understand that I am not the only one who has had a very bad experience. The owner was an absurd rudeness, charging 2 euros per coffee. Where are we? On St. Mark's Square in Venice? I strongly advise against it to anyone passing by!

Pizza Salami + 2 Hefeweizen - nach wie vor top, suuuper freundlich alle. Best Pizza, best location at Malcesine❤❤ We went back yesterday after we were there every day on our honeymoon (90s ...). Pizza salami + 2 wheat wheat - still great, super friendly everyone. Best Pizza, best location at Malcesine❤❤

Vieni qua allora, la proprietaria è di una maleducazione inaudita, sicuramente avrà in serbo un po' di insulti e maleducazione per chiunque, senza parlare di quanto faccia schifo la roba qua, e i prezzi lasciamo perdere va... Abends unbedingt versuchen einen Platz an der Straße zum See zu bekommen. Herrliches Ambiente, super Aussicht und oftmals sehr gute Strassenmusiker.. We were there almost every evening. Super nice staff, really good food and the price was absolutely okay. In the evenings try to get a seat on the road to the lake. Wonderful ambience, great view and often very good street musicians ..

A little over-priced, strawberry daiquiri was average (no crushed ice), tiramisu wasn't great - it seemed a little stale and the whipped topping/filling tasted artificial, house white wine was average. Waiter showed us no bill, just told us an amount, then asked us to leave a tip. Not impressed.

The service is a bit slow and makes to ask for things more then once... we were with baby but nobody thought to offer a baby chair which we saw they have only aftermath... just improve your service and the place will become a real "must to go" place...
