Silvia e Rossana, gestiscono il Salotto con la massima professionalità, sempre sorridenti e cortesi coi clienti, e soprattutto adorano anche i cani, che fanno entrare senza alcun problema assieme ai loro proprietari. Notevole scelta per un'ottima e golosa colazione, o un pranzo veloce, accompagnati credo dai migliori caffè e cappuccini di Alessandria. Igiene e pulizia contraddistinguono questo delizioso Bar, situato oltretutto in zona centralissima e di fronte ad una bella piazzetta verde e con fontana.
