Da subito Fabrizio (il proprietario) è stato cordiale e gentile, un vero coffee lover, nonchè ottimo artigiano, e siamo tuttora in contatto per scambiarci consigli sul caffè. A casa sono arrivati 4 pacchetti di colore bianco con delle bellissime e originali etichette artistiche, ognuna rappresentante un particolare del paese di produzione del caffè. Il caffè arrivato era freschissimo, davvero di ottima qualità, infatti fin da subito ha sprigionato tutte le sue qualità e regalato emozioni. Inoltre si conservano in maniera eccellente nelle proprie confezioni. Ho acquistato la miscela 100% arabica Unica, ideata da Fabrizio, la monorigine Specialty Cuba Serrano Superior, ancora presente pur essendo molto rara e difficile da trovare, la monorigine Ethiopia Sidamo gr.2 e la monorigine Brasile Santos naturale. Devo dire che sono tutti degli ottimi caffè e mi hanno regalato emozioni uniche, essendo freschissime e tostate ottimamente riescono a far sentire al palato degli aromi e dei sentori unici e incredibili, come solo un caffè di qualità riesce a fare. Devo dire che dopo aver assaggiato questi ottimi caffè mi si è aperta una prospettiva sul caffè che prima non conoscevo, sono davvero contento degli acquisti fatti e sicuramente ne farò ancora. Adesso si che è un vero piacere bere il caffè! Fabrizio è una persona eccezionale, attenta al proprio lavoro e ai suoi clienti. Abitando lontano da Ciampino opto sempre per la spedizione ed ogni volta sono arrivate puntuali e perfette. Di recente ho acquistato anche i tè Amba Estate e non posso che raccomandarli. Una nota di merito va all'attenzione per l'etica e l'equo pagamento dei coltivatori di caffè. Spero presto di poter andare a visitare la torrefazione e l'annessa caffetteria. Continuate così, non si può chiedere di meglio. Nel negozio sono in vendita molti prodotti da brewing oltre a cioccolato e the di pregio. Possibile degustare nel punto vendita caffè espresso o filtro! Proprietario molto competente e simpatico!
