★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar molto bello internamente (è una ex chiesa), con personale super-gentile e consumazioni di ottimo livello. È molto piacevole anche stare seduti fuori ai tavolini, a osservare lo "struscio" sul corso.
Very nice bar inside (it is a former church), with super-friendly staff and excellent drinks. It is also very pleasant to sit outside at the tables, watching the "rattle" on the course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sent 3 incredible weeks in San Gemini and had caffe and pastries at least every second day at Caffe Paretti sitting outside and watching the world go by. Despite our halting Italian everyone in Caffe Paretti was most accommodating, especially Sylvia, and the coffee and pastries were excellent. Recommend it thoroughly.
