★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante fossero passati cinque giorni dall'acquisto di 20 euro di materiale per la festa di mio figlio (poi saltata) la proprietaria si é rifiutata categoricamente di accettare il reso (o addirittura cambio merce ) della merce mai aperta (in realtà mai uscita dal sacchetto) fingendo di ignorare l'esistenza del diritto di recesso a fronte dell'esibizione dello scontrino. "Ho già riordinato la merce", "gliene posso cambiare uno soltanto" e così via. Un teatrino che ha spinto mia moglie ad andare via schifata da tale atteggiamento. Mai più.
