N	NIMICA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto bello. Molto chic. La cucina è ottima, il pesce è fresco. Il taglio non è da sushi ma è un valido prodotto. La pecca più grossa si ha nella preparazione gourmet, il topping copre del tutto il gusto del pesce. Rende senza valore la qualità del fresco. Più topping che "sushi". Il servizio è medio ma il personale è simpatico e alla mano. Consiglio a tutti questo locale, ma non lo chiamerei sushi bar. Il prezzo è giusto e accessibile. Aperitivo ricco. Drink discreto. Very nice place. Very cool. The cuisine is excellent, the fish is fresh. The cut is not for sushi but it is a valid product. The biggest flaw is in the gourmet preparation, the topping completely covers the taste of the fish. It makes fresh quality worthless. More topping than "sushi". The service is average but the staff are pleasant and easy-going. I recommend this place to everyone, but I wouldn't call it a sushi bar. The price is fair and affordable. Rich aperitif. Discreet drink.

Quando la qualità incontra il gusto sublime....è davvero TOP?....ma se insieme a questo trovi del personale cordiale, simpatico e professionale....allora è stratosferico?. When quality meets sublime taste .... it's really TOP? .... but if you find friendly, nice and professional staff together with this .... then it's stratospheric?. Il sushi peggiore che io abbia mai mangiato se sushi si possa chiamare...riso totalmente scotto sembrava una pappetta, il salmone non aveva alcun gusto, l'alga non si poteva masticare... esperienza terribile 60 euro buttati nella spazzatura..mi dispiace che siamo stati troppo educati perché un altra persona avrebbe chiamato cuoco e proprietario e glielo avrebbe fatto assaggiare e come minimo non avremmo dovuto pagare...dopo ho scoperto che quel giorno non c era il ragazzo del sushi il che è ancora peggio perché ti senti presa in giro perché se manca chi è capace di fare il sushi allora basta dirlo ragazzi oggi non c è chi lo cucina.. anziché farlo cucinare ad un cuoco qualunque incapace di farlo. Ma ovviamente si pensa solo al guadagno mancando di rispetto al cliente prendendolo palesemente in giro. Non ci tornerò più ma neanche per un caffè!! Sconsiglio vivamente I would like to put zero stars but it cannot be done. Worst sushi I have ever eaten if you can call it sushi ... totally overcooked rice tasted like pap, salmon had no taste, seaweed could not be chewed ... terrible experience 60 euros thrown in the trash..me sorry we were too polite because another person would call cook and owner and let them taste it and at least we wouldn't have to pay ... later i found out that day there was no sushi guy which is even worse because you you feel teased because if there is no one who is capable of making sushi then just say it guys today there is no one who cooks it .. instead of having any chef who is unable to do it cook it. But obviously we only think about the profit by disrespecting the customer by blatantly making fun of him. I will not go back but not even for a coffee !! I strongly advise against

La ciliegina sulla torta è sicuramente il personale, gentile, simpatico, cordiale. Il tutto unito alla bontà dei pasti fa di questo luogo una vera casa. When professionalism meets quality! Everything excellent, from breakfast to lunch to sushi. The icing on the cake is definitely the staff, kind, nice, friendly. All combined with the goodness of the meals makes this place a real home.

Il menù, punto di forza del locale, è ricco di composizioni sushi classiche ma soprattutto gourmet che tendono,in alcune selezioni, a ricercare il mix perfetto tra occidente ed oriente offrendo originalità ed eleganza allo stesso tempo. Il connubio tra dolce e salato di alcune portate è ben gestito e sicuramente uno dei pochissimi in città che riesce ad eccellere in questo. Il percorso si è poi concluso con una portata speciale dello chef che è venuto personalmente a consigliarci e con infinita bontà ad assicurarsi che tutto fosse di gradimento. Ciliegina sulla torta della serata può essere sicuramente uno dei fantastici dolci preparati dal locale che terminano così un'esperienza già eccellente di suo. The experience in its totality was sublime. The menu, the strong point of the place, is full of classic but above all gourmet sushi compositions which tend, in some selections, to seek the perfect mix between West and East, offering originality and elegance at the same time. The combination of sweet and savory of some courses is well managed and certainly one of the very few in the city that manages to excel in this. The journey ended with a special course from the chef who came personally to advise us and with infinite kindness to make sure that everything was to your liking. The icing on the cake of the evening can certainly be one of the fantastic desserts prepared by the restaurant which thus ends an already excellent experience of its own.
