Attenzione e serietà in tutto il lavoro che viene svolto: dalla sorveglianza per il rispetto delle leggi (come quella per il gioco dedicato ai soli maggiorenni) alla manifattura del bar, della cucina e di quella dolce in particolare.
Prodotti freschi, vari e molto buoni, nulla da obiettare. Chiude come ciliegina l'estrema cordialità di tutto il personale dedicato; Difficilmente ci si sentirá offesi da una loro esclamazione.
