★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e attento, ottima accoglienza, locale pulito, in una delle vie principali del centro storico. Ottimo bar per uno spuntino veloce o anche solo per un caffè.
 Kind and attentive staff, excellent welcome, clean room, in one of the main streets of the historic center. Great bar for a quick snack or just for a coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo posto lo frequento ogni qualvolta decido di cambiare bar.È un posto tranquillo dove in genere non si viene disturbati e si può gustare il caffè in santa pace.Lo spazio all''interno è limitato però è sufficiente.Veniamo in questo bar anche perché prendendo due caffè ogni volta possiamo smarcare su un tesserino i caffè consumati e quando abbiamo esaurito e completato il tesserino abbiamo diritto ad un pacchetto di caffè già macinato da 250 grammi e questo ci fa molto piacere.Il bar è anche una tabaccheria dove è possibile caricare il cellulare ed anche acquistare i "gratta e vinci" che ci interessano.Per il resto bisogna dire che il posto non è frequentato male,non è intimo ma è pur sempre un bar di tutto rispetto e per questo di tanto in tanto lo frequentiamo . C'è da dire come novità che il prezzo del caffè che prima era di 1 euro sia al banco che al tavolo è aumentato da più di un mese a 1.20 euro...In compenso l'igiene è più che buona.
I frequent this place whenever I decide to change bars. It is a quiet place where generally you are not disturbed and you can enjoy your coffee in peace. The space inside is limited but it is enough. We come to this bar also because by taking two coffees each time we can mark the coffees consumed on a card and when we have run out and completed the card we are entitled to a packet of already ground coffee of 250 grams and this makes us very happy.The bar is also a tobacconist where it is possible to load the cell phone and also buy the "scratch cards" that interest us. For the rest we must say that the place is not badly frequented, it is not intimate but it is still a respectable bar and for this reason we frequent it from time to time. It must be said as a novelty that the price of coffee which previously was 1 euro both at the counter and at the table has increased for more than a month to 1.20 euro ... On the other hand, hygiene is more than good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Caffè Europa è un bar dove si trova tutto ciò che si cerca: gentilezza, cortesia, qualità e bontà. Il caffè è ottimo, così come le brioche per la colazione. Gli aperitivi sono ottimi e abbondanti. I cocktail non “annacquati”. Li si trovano anche tabacchi, marche da bollo, gratta e vinci e caffè. Inoltre si possono pagare bollette, bolli auto e altri tributi.
Il personale è cordiale e gentile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On one of the two main roads of Pavia's old center, I like it because I can sit comfortably at the back with my Gazzetta dello Sport or Corriere della Sera. Don't like the lotteries and slot machines type that walk around at times, but it's not that bad.
