Ho riferito alla cameriera, la quale mi ha risposto che non era possibile che fosse rotto in precedenza e che probabilmente l'avrò rotto io. Non ho bevuto lo spritz, che mi è stato comunque addebitato ed essendo con altre persone ho preferito pagare e non fare storie. Tra l'altro il sorso di spritz che ho bevuto era decisamente annacquato. In conclusione, servizio clienti pari a zero e bassa qualità. I just left the Duomo bar. Bad experience. The glass was chipped and I found a piece of glass as I sipped. I reported to the waitress, who replied that it was not possible that it was broken earlier and that I probably broke it myself. I didn't drink the spritz, which I was charged anyway and being with other people I preferred to pay and not make a fuss. Among other things, the sip of spritz I drank was definitely watered down. In conclusion, zero customer service and low quality.

Ottima professionalità, personale giovane e ben preparato, l'assortimento dei dolci e dei gelati è ampio e di ottima qualità. Più di una volta ho anche potuto pranzare e cenare, sempre soddisfatto. I vari ingredienti si sposano perfettamente tra loro creando un gelato compatto e leggero al tempo stesso che non appesantisce chi lo mangia, anzi lo invoglia a comprarne un altro. I gusti che ho assaggiato sono: cioccoarancia, gusto che combina bene la densità decisa del cioccolato fondente e il tocco agrodolce e delicato dell'arancia ?; croccantino variegato che ha un gusto decisamente chic perché oltre ad essere buono dà un tocco di eleganza alla coppetta del gelato ? e ultimo ma comunque veramente leggero è pesca e mango. Da provare, venite di corsa e in tanti e poi fatemi sapere ??!!!
