 Despite reading many negative reviews I can only give 5 stars. For me it was certainly a positive experience, both in terms of precision in delivery and in terms of assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato 2 macchine da caffè per più di 600 euro, entrambe spedite sbagliate. Una l'abbiamo tenuta perché oramai utilizzata, l'altra l'abbiamo restituita. Stiamo ancora aspettando di ricevere i soldi indietro (da un mese). Per dare l'idea della loro serietà, abbiamo dovuto aprire un reclamo con Paypal. Adesso la stanno tirando alle lunghe. Non ho mai scritto una recensione ma è giusto che tutti sappiano con chi hanno a che fare.
We purchased 2 coffee machines for more than 600 euros, both of which were sent incorrectly. We kept one because it was now used, the other we returned. We are still waiting to receive the money back (for a month). To give an idea of their seriousness, we had to open a complaint with Paypal. Now they are pulling her in the long run. I have never written a review but it is right that everyone knows who they are dealing with.

Una volta aperta ho trovato il tasto di erogazione del caffè staccato, immagino per la notoria delicatezza dei corrieri e una volta contattati me l'hanno sostituita in soli 2 giorni. Assolutamente consigliato
Great seller, I ordered the la.Piccola Piccola coffee machine which was shipped to me in 2 days. Once opened I found the coffee dispensing button disconnected, I guess due to the notorious delicacy of couriers and once contacted they replaced it in just 2 days. Absolutely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recommendation from my side. I had ordered a coffee machine that was broken and not working on arrival. After sending it back (at my own expense) the error was fixed, but the coffee machine arrived scratched and only worked for two weeks.
A lot of work for the customer for little coffee fun
