Tornerò presto Brioche to say the least delicious ..... friendly staff ..... very crowded, good for them means that they work well. I will be back soon

Forza: c'è bisogno di luce, colori chiari, un po' più di "leggerezza"!!! Excellent coffee and cappuccino, good brioches. But the place is really sad and in some ways almost depressing! Strength: you need light, clear colors, a little more "lightness" !!!
S	Silvia Cavallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar ben posizionato, personale impreparato e servizio inadatto all'epoca in cui viviamo, il 2021. Siamo stati in questo bar di venerdì per un aperitivo. Abbiamo ordinato un spritz e fatto presente alla cameriera di non includere alimenti di origine animale in quanto offerto. La signora stessa lo ha segnalato in cucina. Al momento di servirci gli stuzzichini, nel piatto annunciatoci come vegano composto da 4 portate, notiamo subito due pezzi formaggio. Facciamo presente che abbiamo chiesto niente di origine animale e che lì c'è del formaggio. La signora rimane allibita e dice "ah ma nemmeno i derivati?". E no ..nulla di origine animale. Ci lascia il piatto dicendoci "va veh mangiate quello che potete". Ed è già una bruttissima risposta che dimostra non curanza. Contando che due su 4 erano pezzi di formaggio, mi informo sul resto: una frittatina e una lasagna al pesto.. ci ritroviamo al punto sopra.. la signora rimane nuovamente basita, dice "a ma nemmeno le uova?" (senza contare che nel pesto c'era il formaggio già escluso prima).. e no signora, nulla di origine animale. Capiamo che non conosce il significato della parola vegano che lei stessa ha usato. Noi ci siamo limitati a un NIENTE DI ORIGINE ANIMALE. Se usi la parola Vegano, almeno conoscine il significato. Per toglierla dall'imbarazzo le chiediamo delle arachidi e patatine, ma solo se non sono San Carlo perchè contengono lattosio. Ovviamente hanno le san carlo (capisco che immaginare che dentro le patatine mettano il latte è inverosimile e criminale.. ma è così. Fatto comunque grave perchè un allergico potrebbe rimanerci), quindi via il piattino, che viene dato ad altri clienti, e avanti ciotola di arachidi con spritz.. più acqua e ghiaccio che altro. Sorvolando sulla qualità dello spritz, nel 2021 è inverosimile e impensabile che un bar, di un certo pregio come sembrerebbe essere questo non sappia distinguere l'origine degli alimenti e capire cosa sia di origine animale e non. Servono del cibo come mestiere, non fanno i piastrellisti. Mi parla di vegano e non sa cosa vuol dire. Risponde "mangiate quello che potete".. lasciando un piatto dove comunque potevamo mangiare nulla, invece di cercare una soluzione. Io non faccio questo mestiere, ma mi sarei portata via il piatto e avrei cercato di accontentare al meglio che potevo quei due clienti, paganti come tutti gli altri e meritevoli dello stesso trattamento.. proponendo una bruschetta (pane l'avevano, pomodoro immagino anche), delle olive, inventando qualcosa di veloce dalla cucina (ritorno al punto che per mestiere servono cibo e bevande)..insomma dimostrando un po' di buona volontà che sarebbe stata davvero apprezzata. Ora mi piacerebbe che questa critica fosse di spunto per i gestori che nel 2021 si permettono il lusso di non sapere quanto sopra e di non poter quindi servire i clienti tutti nello stesso modo, senza mostrare tra l'altro un minimo di imbarazzo per questo. Pessima esperienza, il futuro è avanti, non indietro. Sicuro noi non torneremo e nemmeno ci sentiamo di consigliarlo ovviamente, onnivori/vegetariani/vegani che siate, poichè chi non conosce l'origine del cibo difficilmente sa creare qualcosa di nuovo e rendersi accattivante sul mercato. Che anche gli onnivori mangiano alimenti vegetali eh.. la cucina non è solo carne/pesce/uova/formaggi. Se moltiplicate l'offerta e la varietà accontentate tutti. Senza contare che i soldi hanno lo stesso valore per tutti, onnivori/vegetariani/vegani che siano i vostri clienti. Saluti Well located bar, unprepared staff and unsuitable service for the time we live in, 2021. We went to this bar on a Friday for an aperitif. We ordered a spritz and pointed out to the waitress not to include food of animal origin as offered. The lady herself pointed this out in the kitchen. When it comes to serving us the appetizers, in the dish announced to us as a vegan consisting of 4 courses, we immediately notice two pieces of cheese. We point out that we asked for nothing of animal origin and that there is some cheese there. The lady is stunned and says "ah but not even the derivatives?". And no ... nothing of animal origin. He leaves us the plate telling us "go veh eat what you can". And it is already a very bad answer that shows carelessness. Counting that two out of 4 were pieces of cheese, I inquire about the rest: an omelette and a lasagna with pesto .. we find ourselves at the point above .. the lady is stunned again, she says "but not even the eggs?" (not to mention that in the pesto there was the cheese already excluded before) .. and no lady, nothing of animal origin. We understand that she does not know the meaning of the word vegan that she herself used. We have limited ourselves to NOTHING OF ANIMAL ORIGIN. If you use the word vegan, at least you know what it means. To take her away from embarrassment we ask her for peanuts and chips, but only if they are not San Carlo because they contain lactose. Obviously they have san carlo (I understand that imagining that they put milk inside the chips is unlikely and criminal .. but it is so. However, it is serious because an allergic person could stay there), so off the saucer, which is given to other customers, and on bowl of peanuts with spritz .. more water and ice than anything else. Flying over the quality of the spritz, in 2021 it is unlikely and unthinkable that a bar, of a certain value as this would seem to be, cannot distinguish the origin of food and understand what is of animal origin and not. They serve food as a profession, they are not tilers. He talks to me about vegan and doesn't know what that means. He replies "eat what you can" .. leaving a plate where we could still eat anything, instead of looking for a solution. I don't do this job, but I would have taken away the plate and I would have tried to please those two customers as best I could, paying like everyone else and deserving of the same treatment ... proposing a bruschetta (they had bread, tomato I guess too ), some olives, inventing something quick from the kitchen (back to the point that they serve food and drinks for a living) .. in short, showing some good will that would have been really appreciated. Now I would like this criticism to be an inspiration for the managers who in 2021 allow themselves the luxury of not knowing the above and therefore not being able to serve all customers in the same way, without showing, among other things, a minimum of embarrassment for this. Bad experience, the future is ahead, not back. Sure we will not return and we do not even feel like recommending it of course, omnivores / vegetarians / vegans you are, as those who do not know the origin of food hardly know how to create something new and make themselves captivating on the market. That even omnivores eat plant foods eh .. cooking is not just meat / fish / eggs / cheeses. If you multiply the offer and the variety, you will satisfy everyone.
