★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima la torta al testo che il proprietario riscalda proprio su una pietra refrattaria (il testo appunto, come ci ha spiegato). Proprio accanto alla chiesa di San Francesco, molto piacevole fare una pausa sui tavolini di piazza dei Consoli. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Grazie ancora per le spiegazioni su Deruta e i consigli di visita.
Excellent cake al testo that the owner heats right on a refractory stone (the text, as he explained to us). Right next to the church of San Francesco, it is very pleasant to take a break at the tables in Piazza dei Consoli. Very courteous and helpful staff. Thanks again for the explanations on Deruta and the advice on visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andare a Deruta è già una esperienza ma se volete una granita al limone che resusciti anche i morti dovete venire qui, sedervi ad uno degli splendidi tavoli del dehor e farvi coccolare dalla educazione mai sdolcinata dei due proprietari, da vedere anche il bancone interno.
Going to Deruta is already an experience but if you want a lemon granita that will resurrect even the dead you have to come here, sit at one of the splendid tables in the outdoor area and be pampered by the never sloppy education of the two owners, also to see the internal counter.
