Non sufficienti. Alla mia richiesta di pagare con carta, l'operatrice risponde di non esserne in possesso. Pago dunque in contanti. Al mio stupore per l'assenza del POS nonostante l'obbligatorietà, l'operatrice risponde che "il POS non è vero che è obbligatorio"; si gira dall'altro lato e si allontana. Si può non essere d'accordo, ma di certo non ha le giuste maniere nei confronti della clientela. They do not have granita: they advertise it, but no reference to the lack (perhaps temporary?) Of the granita. We took two ice creams: almost frozen. Not enough. Upon my request to pay by card, the operator replies that she does not have it. I therefore pay in cash. Il personale si alterna fra persone rapide ed altre un po' più impacciate, ma sempre cordiali e cortesi Until a while ago it was certainly the best coffee in Central Sicily (intended as a shopping center), but for a year now it has left something to be desired, as well as the diner for lunch. The staff alternates between quick people and others a little more clumsy, but always friendly and courteous
