Proverò a rivolgermi in tedesco, magari sono più simpatici. Very good desserts, if the 2 owners (especially the gentleman) were more welcoming and smiling, without wrapping the cakes as if they were doing you a favor, we would go there more willingly. Always rude and cold service. I'll try to speak in German, maybe they are nicer.

(non 20 piani x intenderci) ed alzando la voce solo x aver chiesto quanto era alta una torta... MAI PIU. completely negative experience ... I went with my husband to order a cake for a first communion ... I spoke to the pastry chef who, very rudely treated us very badly ... making it clear immediately that he would not do it a simple cake with floors .... Al posto della glassa una coperta di pasta di zucchero, decorazioni orrende, proprio quelle che si era chiesto di NON mettere, mentre di quelle richieste nemmeno l’ombra. Scritta del colore opposto a quello domandato quindi illeggibile. Era stata chiesta la granella di nocciola sui lati come le torte da loro presentate, nemmeno quella. Al telefono ci è stato offerto uno sconto al prossimo acquisto, speranzosi del nostro ritorno, cosa che non accadrà mai.
