WOW... non ho parole nell'esprimere l'esperienza entusiasmante che le mie papille gustative hanno provato ad ogni morso dei meravigliosi arancini che vengono scrupolosamente ed impeccabilmente realizzati... il sapore, gli odori, le materie prime utilizzate si mescolano meravigliosamente in un tripudio subliminale che ti coinvolge come non mai... WOW Wow ... the term is the right one ... WOW ... I have no words in expressing the thrilling experience that my taste buds have experienced with every bite of the wonderful arancini that are scrupulously and impeccably made ... the flavor , the smells, the raw materials used blend wonderfully in a subliminal riot that involves you like never before ... Ecco perché non serve andare in Sicilia per deliziarsi di quei sapori! E non serve nemmeno andare al ristorante e spendere molto, o in pizzeria e poi non dormire la notte per i bruciori di stomaco! Certo Ballarò non ha bisogno di pubblicità! Ormai i profumi delle sue specialità, cassata, cannoli, arancine e ogni ben di dio, si sono diffusi per tutta la città e le genti arrivano da ogni dove! Ditemi voi, se in due una sera a cena, seduti e serviti a tavolino, in una serena atmosfera, mangi due arancine, una birra e un un enorme cannolo in due, spendi metà di ciò che avresti speso per due pizze e dopo esserti saziato e deliziato di sapori unici e introvabili altrove, la notte dormi senza bruciori di stomaco! Ah! Solo per gli esperti : notate la qualità è la freschezza dei prodotti! Per i meno esperti invece, confrontate i prezzi con altri! A voi la scelta! The Arabs brought the best of flavors to Sicily. Ballarò brought those flavors to Matera. That's why you don't need to go to Sicily to delight in those flavors! Sono stato diverse volte in Sicilia e posso assicurare che gli arancini e i cannoli di questo bar non hanno nulla da invidiare a quelli Siciliani. Da quando l'ho scoperto non ne faccio più a meno! Excellent quality at a more than fair price! I have been to Sicily several times and I can assure you that the arancini and cannoli of this bar have nothing to envy to the Sicilian ones.
