Loro fanno le cose alla svelta. Senza nessun controllo. Quella cicciona di operatrice che non ha minimamente la decenza di chiedere scusa. Sono delusa

Mi sono rivolta a loro per fare la prenotazione del test di ITALIANO B1...Dopo un anno mi chiamano per fare questo test e scopro che mi avevano prenotato l'A2.Questo e successo dopo che ho insistito nell momento della prenotazione con la ragazza chiedendo se era quello giusto.
Soldi e tempo butatti via,piu il tempo che I soldi!

I contacted them to book the ITALIAN B1 test ... After a year they call me to take this test and I discover that they had booked me the A2 This happened after I insisted on booking with the girl asking if it was the right one.
Money and time to waste, more time than money!
Never again!
