Il servizio non è gratis ma comunque lo consiglio per chi ha fretta per ricevere i documenti che serve. Very nice staff and they give the information patiently even on the phone and are available. The service is not free but I still recommend it for those in a hurry to receive the documents they need.

S	Ste.m. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ molto cordiali, educati e sanno fare il loro lavoro. avevo bisogno di un appuntamento e me lo hanno preso subito e in aggiunta nei mesi seguenti mi hanno aiutato telefonicamente per ogni dubbio. very friendly, polite and know how to do their job. I needed an appointment and they made it for me immediately and in addition in the following months they helped me by phone for any doubts.

Mentre ero da loro a consegnare i documenti hanno ricevuto una chiamata e si sono messi a ridere perché una signora cinese non si esprimeva bene prendendola palesemente per il culo. Ho presentato due CU e mi hanno caricato i giorni lavorativi solo del primo, non mi hanno voluto detrarre la percentuale sull'affitto perché non sanno le normative a riguardo. Cerco di rimanere educato e ti rispondono scazzato dicendo di poter andare da altri caf (naturalmente si sono già intascati i soldi). Professionalità sotto terra e finta cordialità. Sconsigliatissimo a dir poco e a voler essere ancora gentile. Outrageous peasants. I try to stay polite and they reply to me screamed saying they can go to other cafes (of course they have already pocketed the money). Professionalism underground and fake friendliness. Very low to say the least and still want to be kind.
E	EG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per chiedere delle info riguardo la presentazione del 730, mi risponde una donna che, in maniera molto sgarbata, mi dice che non ne sa nulla e che non sa chi potrebbe aiutarmi e, come se non bastasse, mi chiude anche il telofono in faccia. Al che richiamo per farle notare che è un comportamento non consono ad un CAF e lei, senza vergogna, risponde che non sa nulla di quello che stavo chiedendo (dovrebbe essere il vostro lavoro...). Per inciso, era una semplice domanda su come inserire delle voci di reddito sul 730. Una stella solo perchè non si può dare zero. Rivolgetivi a persone serie e competenti.
