Le operatrici di questo caf, che tra l'altro ci lavorano da tanti anni, sono di una cortesia, di una disponibilità, di una educazione e chiarezza nel spiegare le cose che non le cambierei per nessuna ragione al mondo... Ci sono tante di quelle persone che si nota lontano un miglio, che non amano il proprio lavoro...e voi...siete a mio giudizio, perle rare per la vostra efficienza e per la vostra inesauribile pazienza... Appuntamento alle 12:30 presso il Patronato; al telefono veniamo avvisati che il costo della pratica è di 30€ che prepariamo così da non trovarci in difficoltà con gli spicci. Arriviamo prima. Suoniamo alle 12:27. Dicono che dobbiamo aspettare qualche minuto. Alle 12:50 suoniamo di nuovo. Non ci rispondono nemmeno. Per quel tempo abbiamo sentito le chiacchiere delle persone all'interno che discutevano comportamenti di colleghi et similia. Alla fine siamo dovuti andare via. Anche noi lavoriamo e avevamo un permesso. Prenderemo appuntamento altrove dove si ha rispetto per gli orari. Rudeness and disrespect. Attese lunghe fuori la porta anche con appuntamenti.Patronato con personale disponibile ma.... appuntamenti mancati senza avviso. Non sono molto soddisfatta. Staff trained even if lacking in kindness and patience. Long waits outside the door even with appointments. Patronage with helpful staff but .... missed appointments without notice. I am not very satisfied.
